Marketing Lead

Key Responsibilities:

1. Marketing Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Craft and execute multi-channel campaigns (digital, content, social media, email, SEO, PPC) to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Lead go-to-market strategies for new SaaS/PaaS product launches.

2. Brand Development & Content Creation:

  • Proven expertise in copy writing (marketing & sales language) to create emotions of greed and fear to convert into enquiries (KPI/ORA for marketing) 
  • Build a compelling brand identity that resonates with the wellness and healthcare industries.
  • Create high-quality content, including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, videos, and thought leadership articles.
  • Manage social media platforms and engage with the wellness community.

3. Lead Generation & Demand Generation:

  • Proactive Networking, relationship development & nurturing to help business owners & business leaders
  • Develop and optimize marketing funnels to generate qualified leads.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to nurture leads and drive conversions.
  • Utilize analytics tools to measure campaign performance and refine strategies.

4. Partnerships & Events:

  • Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with industry associations, influencers, and event organizers.
  • Plan and execute webinars, industry events, and thought leadership initiatives.

5. Analytics & Reporting:

  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead acquisition, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and marketing ROI.
  • Use data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and improve performance.

Qualifications & Experience:

Required:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in SaaSconsulting, or digital transformation.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing toolsSEOSEM, and CRM platforms (e.g., Zoho CRM or Microsoft Excel/Google worksheet ).
  • Exceptional content creation and storytelling skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Experience in lead generation, demand generation, and marketing automation.

Preferred:

  • Experience in the wellnesshealthcare, or Ayurveda industry is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Familiarity with emerging technologies such as AI/ML and automation.
