Key Responsibilities:
1. Marketing Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
- Craft and execute multi-channel campaigns (digital, content, social media, email, SEO, PPC) to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
- Lead go-to-market strategies for new SaaS/PaaS product launches.
2. Brand Development & Content Creation:
- Proven expertise in copy writing (marketing & sales language) to create emotions of greed and fear to convert into enquiries (KPI/ORA for marketing)
- Build a compelling brand identity that resonates with the wellness and healthcare industries.
- Create high-quality content, including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, videos, and thought leadership articles.
- Manage social media platforms and engage with the wellness community.
3. Lead Generation & Demand Generation:
- Proactive Networking, relationship development & nurturing to help business owners & business leaders
- Develop and optimize marketing funnels to generate qualified leads.
- Collaborate with the sales team to nurture leads and drive conversions.
- Utilize analytics tools to measure campaign performance and refine strategies.
4. Partnerships & Events:
- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with industry associations, influencers, and event organizers.
- Plan and execute webinars, industry events, and thought leadership initiatives.
5. Analytics & Reporting:
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead acquisition, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and marketing ROI.
- Use data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and improve performance.
Qualifications & Experience:
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in SaaS, consulting, or digital transformation.
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, SEO, SEM, and CRM platforms (e.g., Zoho CRM or Microsoft Excel/Google worksheet ).
- Exceptional content creation and storytelling skills.
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Experience in lead generation, demand generation, and marketing automation.
Preferred:
- Experience in the wellness, healthcare, or Ayurveda industry is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Familiarity with emerging technologies such as AI/ML and automation.
